Dr. Rahman is a wonderful, caring psychiatrist. She helped me through a very rough patch with the right combination of medications and therapy. I found her to be warm, insightful and professional. I would highly recommend her to a close friend or family member.

Regarding Dr. Rahman

I saw Dr. Rahman via MDLive. While I do not remember the session in full (I have since been diagnosed with a dissociative disorder coupled with complex trauma that requires further investigation) I would STRONGLY SUGGEST steering clear of this provider if you have anything more than typical depression or anxiety. Dr. Rahman apologized every time we brought up our history of trauma (which is not only unhelpful but unprofessional) forcing us to say “it’s okay” when in fact, it’s not okay. She only seemed to focus on certain symptoms as well, painting a picture on paper that left out some details over others that she deemed more important, falsifying what was said by myself in her report. She was also very condescending. To her credit, we were not wholly honest with her, particularly regarding blackouts and memory loss as we did not feel comfortable with her.

Dr. Rahman is the most conscientious psychiatrist I've ever worked with. She is a great listener and always has excellent advice. She really knows her stuff! Highly recommended

I've received therapy from Dr Rahman on several occasions. She is incredibly knowledgeable about family Dynamics and interpersonal relationships. I give her my highest recommendation.

I have seen several psychiatrists over my lifetime, and am very pleased to be working with Dr. Rahman. She is professional and very easy to talk to. She doesn't seem judgmental at all and I feel very comfortable with her. I hope she and I can work together for a long time!
