I agree that the office is way too busy and I feel the office staff is rude. Dr Blank is a very nice, caring and attentive to your needs when in the office, but he does not return calls even when he told you to call him. Hmm.

The office books far too many appointments for the same time which results in a confusing and ineffective staff. The doctor and office procedures are rigid and not designed to accommodate the patient.

Dr. Blank is very attentive and spends as much time as needed to evaluate a patient. His staff coordinates care very well.

The staff will never allow you to speak to the dr nor will he ever return phone calls. Dr Blank is a good dr but it would be nice to be able to ask him a brief question without having his staff come up with an 'automatic'...you have to come in and see him. Some of the staff members seem downright rude at times. Basically I think there are way too many patients scheduled. Very very busy office. Too bad...he's actually a really nice dr when you are face to face with him.

Treats patients as customers. NEVER returns calls. Office staff as bad; every 4th or 5th time you TRY to call the office the phone is busy. Specialty is nursing home patients; spends as little time as possible with them and does not discuss anything with family. In it to bill the insurance carrier $150 as often as he can each and every day. Do not use.
