Dr Dorfner excused me when I had a terrible infection from a dog bite. He told me it was healing and thaty I should"Grow up" and accept the fact thaty I have a bite in my leg. 2 days later I was in the ER getting IV antibiotics for 3 days in a row. He needs to grow up. One of his associates doesn't speak English well nor does she understand problems. She totally misdiagnosed my shingles as a rash and prescribed me prednisone a drug that is in my charts that I am allergic to and hydrocortisone ointment wich only made the shingles worse. Not competent doctors at all. Do not go there or take a family member or a friend there. It could be a life or death decision.

One hour wait for 3 minutes with Dr Dorfner. His diagnosis for my swollen hand was to take ibuprofen. I tried to tell him i have been talking 800 mg twice daily for2 weeks worth no relief but he cut me off mid sentence and told me to grow up and accept the pains associated with age. I Am most certainly willing to accept this but feel an x ray would confirm his opinion.

This practice has lost its small office charm, it hs grown so much that accuracy has fallen to the wayside. Very greedy practice, from charging $25 for a teenagers wok papers , or to sign any form. The staff is so slammed they are running around pointless. Writes a script faster than he can diagnose the problem. It is a shame it is all about the $ here!

I went to doctors office in burlington twice mainly for large weird rash, dr rosenberg wouldnt even look at my back, moved far away when i tried to show her. The first visit she ordered a battery of bloodwork, which came back all negative. The second I tried to get her to check, she saw scarring, and gave me anti itch anxiety meds. It didnt help rash. Going online, I saw it was obvously a bad staph infection which I still have. Howd she get a medical degree!? Totally useless! I tried to talk to the boss Dorfner, but he too important for us sick little people. I have no insurance or doctor now and living years with this infection sucks. I hold them totally liable for this malpractice! If it kills me,I'm makin sure my family knows they left me hanging. Dont go to this horrible useless phony practice!!!

The most disorganized staff ever. They lost my script and then never did the prior authorization for PET scan appt. I had and the day before told me they couldn't find any documentation of the script. My family and I have been going here for years but after all the aggravation I have been going through, I am going to start looking at our medical avenues.

He has a Dr. butts on his staff, who is rude and not in touch with the needs of his patient. Neither or Dr. dorfner return phone calls. or distribute information to other docs or nurses. They make us as the patient feel unimportant and unknowledgable. It has become apparent to us that their first concern is not the patient. When we decided to change docs and facilities, they were of little assistance and would communicate with the other team, "because they have no relationship with them" these were their words. This has caused a great hardship for my family. After trying to contact Dr. dorfner to see if we could be transfered to another associate, he didn't respond in a timely manner, my daugther was in ICU at the time.

Dr. Dorfner did not even listen to what I said. He was in and out of the room in a blink of an eye. He may have been competent, but no bedside manner!!
