A friend had a successful reverse shoulder surgery by Dr. Stiebel-I made my 1st appt-he performed rotor cuff magic in 2016 and 6 anchors later I was back-to his asst. Nov 2022 my 2nd journey-I am 82 a woman who can't play pickleball with my husband, friends, grandkids-no bicycling kayaking hiking walking swim garden or sleep through the night-nothing but pain and frustration-Enter Dr. Stiebel-We discussed everything-he is so easy to understand-so caring-explains all and told me how this would go down-11/16/22 I began my next journey-all arrangements made by his staff including PT with his excellent group West Palm Beach Therapists thankyou Dr. Ashley-Eric &Emily-In 6 weeks I danced into the New Year-a week later at my daughters wedding & in less then 3 months back playing pickle ball at the courts and can garden swim zumba walk kayak and sleep like a baby SO DR. I have been going to Dr Stiebel for over 20 years. I trust him with completely. I would not go to any other orthopedic doctor. Dr Stiebel and has staff is the best

Without a doubt one of the best run and smoothest medical offices I have ever been to. The staff and Doctors are an amazing bunch that actually care. Yesterday I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and saw the Doc and was out before my original appointment time. Kirsten has always treated me with the upmost care and respect. Dr. Stiebel is very different from any doctors I have ever been to :) He converses on a much more down to earth level and make sure i am understanding what is going on with my treatment and where I am currently in respect to my overall progress. When I had my surgery he spend double the time working to get my ripped up muscles in a spot where healing can get started I cannot say enough good things about this office and Dr. Stiebel! Would highly recommend to anyone needing his services

I highly recommend Dr. Stiebel for any injury relating to a pectoral tear. I found him through extensive internet searching, and he delivered. I’ve had unique injuries in the past, and never have I had so much clarity and confidence within my first visit.

I am elated to provide this review for Doctors Matthew Stiebel, Eric Wanner, Dak Adamson & David Fielding, as well as Kiersten Brown and the rest of the staff at Palm Beach Sports Medicine. After upwards of 24 years of destabilization and lingering pain in my right shoulder from multiple dislocations, hard competitive swimming, and the bleak reality that middle age was exacerbating the matter, I sought out Dr. Stiebel on the advice of several sources in the medical community who identified him as “THE Shoulder Guy” in South Florida. I was diagnosed with a torn labrum (SLAP & Bankart) along with a bone spur and scar tissue and I underwent surgical repair.
I could not have been in more capable hands. At all points of the process, I felt as though my concerns were entirely heard, considered, and properly addressed. I tend to ask many questions of my medical providers to gain understanding. The doctors and staff were prompt, accurate & friendly (even fun) in responding my inquiries. My treatment was entirely comprehensive in that the surgery and PT were integrated to ensure my long-term recovery. I was nervous that the PT would be painful, but I ended up looking forward to it.
I used to complain that my shoulder sounded like Rice Crispies. It shifted, cramped, ached, popped, plucked like a guitar string, and severely limited my exercise and work. It now glides like a dream. This was an emotional experience for me. I am grateful to Palm Beach Sports Medicine for restoring not only my shoulder, but also my quality of life.
I regret only two things:
1. Not finding PBSM 20 years ago.
2. Only having 5 stars to give.

Thank you Dr Stiebel….. My new knee is better than the old one already. Six weeks ago I had a knee replacement and I couldn’t be any happier with the results I’ve gotten a lot of my mobility back and my scare is minimal… I would recommend Dr Stiebel all day long

Thank you Dr. Stiebel and staff! In October of 2019, I had a complete tear of my pectoralis muscle. After 6 months, I made appointments with several surgeons in my local area. No surgeon would touch my injury. They all told me that the injury was old and could not be repaired. Plus, if they could repair my pectoralis muscle, I would never get my strength back. After being told this by several surgeons, I felt there was no solution. I accepted the fact of living with my injury forever. One day I decided to look up my injury online and came across Dr. Stiebel. I booked an appointment and drove to see him and his great staff at Palm Beach Sports Medicine. The drive was worth it! During my first appointment, I knew I found a GREAT doctor! I left the appointment feeling confident Dr. Stiebel can help me with my injury. So I scheduled the surgery with Kirsten. Kirsten is amazing and made the entire process easy! Her communication and help on anything was incredible. I can't thank her enough. The surgery could not have gone any better. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I am so happy I found Dr. Stiebel. I am currently in physical therapy. Its had been two months post surgery and I have full range of motion and my strength is back. Plus, no pain! I could not be any happier!

My son had torn a meniscus while we were at our vacation home in Florida. After researching and speaking with several other firms, I called Pam beach Sport Medicine. The staff was super helpful even from the initial phone call. Kirsten and Dr. Stiebel went beyond helping with the insurance and a recommendation for additional treatment back in Boston! If you need orthopedic work in the Palm Beach area they are the best by far!

I had appointments with nine different surgeons
around the country and all nine surgeons and
their colleagues refused to work on my
detached bicep saying that there was
far too much damage for any hope of success.

When I made these appointments with the other Surgeons,
many of them would schedule my appointment with them
for up to eight weeks out.
Then they would scold me explaining that
successful bicep surgery must be performed
within four weeks of the time of the injury.

Finally, after a Client told me about Dr. Matthew Stiebel,
my Corporate Emissary and I talked with
a very friendly Kirsten at Palm Beach Sports Medicine.
We flew down to Palm Beach from Northville, Michigan
to meet with Dr. Stiebel and get his opinion
on the bicep and rotator cuff damage.
Dr. Stiebel graciously offered
to perform all the surgeries necessary
AND
Dr. Stiebel and Kirsten actually
made the whole surgery process enjoyable.

It was fun flying to Palm Beach to see them.

I already know how great
the results are for Dr. Stiebel’s repair
of my massive injury to both my
bicep and my rotator cuff
because I NOW have 100 % mobility and strength
in my right arm and shoulder.
