This is a general statement about Dr. Finch who recently moved into the practice from being a hopitalist. Piedmont Internal Medicine has gone down hill. Dr. Finch is awkward, condensating, unorganized and irresponsible from a communication and many other perspectives. The office staff is great. The business management is very poor. I imagine the practice is having a difficult time adjusting to new presures. They became totally no responsive to requests for services and put me in a dangerous medical situation.
