I loved Dr Declue and I would give anything to know where he went. I have been lost without him. He was so kind to me. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Can anyone refer someone who is equally good?

That person who use to work the front desk has no right to bash Dr. Declue and staff. She was rude, and unfriendly. I would never had hired her. Saying what she/he said made her look like she was a thug and her spelling is off too. How did you get hired if you can't spell? You are very unprofessional. Dr. Declue, however wasn't. If it wasn't for him I would have never found out that I have RA, osteoarthiritis, and inflammation in my spine. Dr. Declue was the best Family Practioner I ever had. He cared about me, my health, diagnosed me correctly and was quick to order tests and specialists. The staff on the other hand, sucked in my opinion. And seeing the other reviews backs up my testimonies.

Dr. Declue is a wonderful doctor, his staff however is not. The wait time can be incredibly long, however the time that Dr. Declue spends with you is worth it. I have been in the office for an appointment, and rescheduled because he was unable to be at the office. I feel he is overbooked by his staff, but ultimately his office manager should be in control of that process. Dr. Declue is a wonderful doctor and I will use him as long as I am able. The office staff should be evaluated, but overall I would recommend him.

Best doctor in my 57 years. The wait can be a little long, but when he's with you, you have 100% of his attention. Knowledgeable of: general practice, weight control issues, migraine/pain issues and most importantly cardiology. He also knows wonderful physicians when he needs to refer to a specialist. If he is accepting new patients, give his office a call!

Dr. DeClue staff is the Worst! Phone calls are never returned. They are very rude. I am a critical care practioner, I know how busy things can gets sometimes; however, his staff is just plain unprofessional. Dr DeClue is an amazing physician. His staff reflects so poorly on him as a medical proffesional.

Walking in the door, the staff (especially the nurse in the back) is not friendly and there seems to be a high turnover rate in the front staff. The wait seems to be longer and longer. I have waited for 3 hours to see the doctor. Once the doc gets in he seems to be rushed and does not appear to have time for me as a patient. I called and asked for a appointment due to being almost out of my B.P. medicine and I had to wait 2 weeks for a new appointment. It appears that they are only there to get a paycheck and have forgotten that they are in the people business and/or human services. Patients are people, not machines. Have the courtesy that if the wait is going to be long, let the patient know what's going on. Be more courteous, office and medical staff need to leave their attitudes at the front door. I am tired of this ordeal and am currently looking for a new doctor.

I have been with this doctor for years, and he is great.... Staff is a subject I will omit from this review. If my appointment was for 3PM, why is it now 5:25PM and I am still waiting to even be seen by my doctor? Instead I am forced to try and drown out the clear addict fighting with his female companion about his need for narcotic based pain pills and god knows what else. Strain my eyes to watch a 13" Picture Tube TV or even worse, turn to the wealth of stale old magazines from years past or read through the sales brochures for various medications. I am going to see what other primary's my plan supports. Sorry Doc... I am sitting next to a habitual smoker who has your whole lobby smelling like an ash tray and I want to walk out the door to never look back. Two and a half hours is flat out unprofessional.
