Very rude and uncaring staff. Waited OVER two weeks for them to call back to set up physical appointment. When I called back and complained the receptionist was rude. Previous year insurance billed wrong. I found a new doctor

Ignored all of my elderly mother's symptoms for kidney failure and declared her to be depressed as her health deteriorated. She might have lived longer had he ran the appropriate blood tests instead of the ridiculous depression diagnosis. Stay away from this doctor.

My mother was treated rudely. He and his staff do not appear to care about the elderly. He had her on ambien, zoloft and lorazapam. Way over medcated for a two yr. period.

He is knowledgeable; but, I found him a little bit on the rough side. I like him; but I think I need more time to get use to him.

Dr Kuenzli is so kind and considerate of the patient. He really cares and that becomes very evident in the first five minutes with him. He is very knowledgeable.
