Dr. Zerth neglected his duty to provide reasonable care and caused emotional and physical distress to my daughter by discharging her home after a sudden onset of a paralysis in both of her legs which happened a couple of days earlier. Meaning that he should have known she could fall, and she did fall many times at home, but thankfully did not get injured. Dr. Zerth did not care. Fall Risk was ignored. On 2/14/2023 she had emergency spine surgery somewhere else. A tumor was removed that was pressing on her spinal cord. So much suffering could have been avoided if he just did some diagnostics instead of sending her home on her paralyzed legs and expected her to be safe that way.
