I had surgery on my foot in January of 2019 and it just wasn't getting better - in fact it was getting worse. My doctor just would not listen to me and insisted it was just arthritis. Fed up I went to another orthopedic doctor who referred me to Dr. Key. He immediately recognized the problem - the implant my previous doctor put in had failed. He did the surgery to correct the problem on November 7th and today was my last follow up appointment. I am so excited to be pain free! The last 2 years have been excruciating with my foot and I am so grateful to Dr. Key for finally fixing it. I don't understand the less than stellar ratings as my experience was quite awesome. Kathy and Jessica we great and were always very friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I went to dr key because I could not get in to another doctors office and I should have known when they got me I so quickly and there was no one else in the office. I had a terrible visit with him as he dismissed my symptoms as tendon problems and sent me on my way with medication. I finally got in with the first doctor that I had to wait weeks for, He sent me for an MRI which revealed a stress fracture and treated successfully with a boot and stimulator. Avoid Dr Key who has a strange bedside manner anyway

I went to Dr. key for pain in my foot. He said it could be arthritis. I went back a week later and I said it has to be more than arthritis and he said maybe tendinitis and gave me a cordisone shot into the tendon which was so painful. A few weeks later, the tendon ruptured and now I have to have tendon repair surgery. Do NOT let him put a shot in your foot for tendonitis. Rupture is rare and one of the causes is a shot.

Discovered my 13yr son's sports related foot injury was misdiagnosed by another place...and that they Xrayed his foot from the wrong view. Dr. Key is sports oriented even runs triathalon's himself and has a great approach to treating injuries in a reasonable manner. Great listener and explains issues clearly. Easy to follow up with. No air of pomposity or attitude that I've detected with many Doctors and specialists and we've been to a lot because of current & past kid sports related injuries.

The office manager Ms. Kathy is rude and disorganized. She does not whom she is talking to. She seems to be thinking on something else while talking to people. Her records’ keeping is poor.

Dr. Key is a true professional in every sense of the word. His love for his patients is remarkable. His staff is the best in the business and clearly are above and beyond excellence when it comes to the care that they provide. Wether it is clinical or administrative.
