Failed to inform me of a positive pregnancy test when starting me on birth control. Nurse was very callous to me during my exam. She Would not take no or stop for an answer simply stated that it’s normal and kept going after I said stop during my exam. The staff alienated my husband and refused to allow him to be my support person during my visit.
