First you have to call to have any results otherwise they never call you. Second the nurse on the phone reads from a script and when asked for details outside the range, she puts me on hold (and probably asks someone else (this happened twice). Third, Dr. Capo couldn't care less; asking for answers resulted in "go see another specialist".

I too felt Dr. Capo's bedside manner was horrible. I came in with abdominal pains, and concerned bc of a family history of ovarian cancer. She seemed put off that she had to do an ultrasound and when the results were good, I def felt like she acted as if I had wasted her time. Almost sneering at me for having a concern about my body. God forbid, and agreed with the previous rating that she seemed to deem me as hypochondriac. Her nurse was very kind and understanding. Dr. Capo...ice cold.

At first Dr Clark seemed nice. Then I felt like she was scolding me for being 3-4 lbs. overweight. I said I exercise and lead an active life and I lift weights. The 3-4 lbs. is not fat. Most Doctors know this and will take it into consideration. I didn't feel like she was listening. She also told me my blood pressure is a bit high. When I suggested that I thought it could be because I get nervous at the doctor, she said that was not a real reason for high blood pressure and suggested that I see a therapist downstairs about my anxiety. I left there feeling like a fat hypochondriac and I am actually neither of those things. This visit left me uncomfortable and sad. She was only sharing her opinion as a doctor which she is supposed to do. I am not suggesting that she is wrong, but I felt like nothing I said was being considered as a possibility. I did appreciate the supportive and caring staff.
