Dr Emmerich is amazing. He takes as much time as he feels necessary. He never rushes things and is very careful to explain things well. He is terrific with kids and has such a gentle manner about him. My kids love him!

Dr. Emmerich's staff gave me misinformation: for an ear infection give 4 tsp. every hour. Being a nurse I knew that was not correct. When I attempted to correct the cna, she snapped at me that she was a cna and knew what she was talking about. When I told her I am a nurse and could read the script, she just left the room. When I told Dr. Emmerich, he just shrugged it off and said, "Oh well, good thing you knew what to do." Scary that misinformation was given, but nothing was done to correct it. What does a new mom know about medication dosing? Hopefully the pharmacist would correct the misinformation.

Dr. Emmerich helped my daughter through a very difficult time. He was SO caring and kind and stuck with it until we found an answer.
