I have given Mr. Nicholson the lowest rating due to my experience on 10/10/13. Never before have I been treated so rudely by someone who was supposed to be professional. Because he mixed my chart up with someone else's whose eyes were not terrible he acted as if I were wasting his time. His incredibly unprofessional demeanor caused me to walk out the office without an exam.
