Dr Chacko has always been to me a wonderful kind doctor. He has listened to my problems and has always responded to my concerns.

This doctor is an unscrupulous, unethical doctor. He & his staff are extremely rude & arrogant and backtalk & yell at anyone who call to make inquiries. He has been extremely rude to the patients while speaking to them on the phone. This man has a huge ego attachment & should stay away from such a criminal. He hires complete morons for staff members. He does not even understand English, when you ask him a question and answers back by making insulting remarks & blowing up at you. My family & I have been verbally attacked on several occasions by him & his staff. We are considering filing a lawsuit against him for malpractice, after my sister ended up in the hospital after he prescribed bad meds to her. She never went back to him again. His license should be revoked. I am also filing a complaint with the State Attorney General of NY and the American Medical Association and any other federal organizations that can investigate him.
