I can't call Mr. Thong a doctor. All the other "1 star" reviews are absolutely correct in describing him as a person. He was rude and arrogant. He did not listen to what I had to say and completely brushed me off. Don't hold your breath that you will get any kind of help from this person. I think Mr. Thong needs some professional help with his own mental issues.
On the punctuality issue, when he called me a day after the scheduled time, I thought maybe I wrote the appointment time wrong. But after reading the other reviews, it seems this is a chronic issue with him. This delay didn't really matter to me much but his attitude and lack of concern towards my problem completely overshadowed everything else.

Absolutely horrible. I was told that I had swollen tonsils a few months ago and was told to see a doctor if they started to bother me. Eventually they did, so I went and saw my GP. After actually looking at them in an in person appointment, she agreed that it was swollen more than normal and referred me to Dr. Thong. After about 3 minutes of an over the phone appointment, he basically said that larger tonsils were normal and that I was fine, completely disregarding me telling him that they were causing me a ton of discomfort. He had not even seen them. I felt completely brushed off and ignored and him saying that there was absolutely nothing wrong when one of my tonsils was significantly larger than the other and had never been in the past. He was incredibly arrogant and did not take into account anything I had to say, telling me it was normal when it had never been normal my entire life. He even said to me that tonsils shrink as you get older. Then why have mine simply been getting larger?

If I could give zero stars I would. You want to be able to trust medical personnel, but this experience has given me zero confidence. Now I am left feeling brushed off and incredibly frustrated.

It began with a call from his office to schedule a time to talk to Dr. Thong on the phone. The person I was speaking to was not helpful in answering my questions about scheduling and overall it felt forced and rushed. My call came up with Dr. Thong. He called 45 minutes before the scheduled time. It sounded like he was in his car, on the road, on his bluetooth system. He also had very little interest in hearing about my symptoms or anything else that I had to say. It was rushed, informal, and very disappointing. I would never recommend Dr. Thong.

He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He was over an hour late. So rude and arrogant and will not listen to what you have to say about your own medical condition. Would 0/10 reccomend going to him

The good Doctor is very kind ,punctual, friendly, and he has a very personable way of treating a patient. I like him and I recommend him.
