Run! Charges high prices for incompetent work. Kept giving him the benefit of the doubt but should have switched dentists years ago. One time he had an emergency and left me sitting in the chair for an hour, and when he finally got to me he didn’t even apologize for the wait. Didn’t even come in to tell me what was going on, the nurse did. Just show some common courtesy. He has TWICE messed up while doing root canals and I was sent to a specialist to correct his mistakes. I have spent so much money because of this guy, and time away from work to fix the problems he created. If you value your teeth RUN!

I was with Dr. Ragan for many years and was fine with transitioning to another dentist after he retired. But several things took place that caused me to find a better dentist for and my children when Dr. Sam took over the practice.

1. Although Dr. Sam seemed caring and concerned with my daughters' well being when they became scared at one appointment, it became apparent to me that he was not genuine because when he couldn't convince them to listen he became curt and left the room. He never returned. He also failed to mention that he was planning to pull out a tooth from my 7 year old without any sedation, just a local anesthetic! For those who have witnessed this it involves some HARD pulling that would traumatize a small child. I'm so glad my daughter didn't cooperate. He also failed to mentioned that he had performed two root canals on her which later resulted in the nerves being so traumatized that they died and she lost both teeth. Luckily she had them removed under sedation by our current and amazing pediatric dentist who has managed to undo all of the fear he created.

2. ...And finally my experience. I've had several fillings in my life but the particular one Dr. Sam did became so sensitive that I cringed every time I had to floss it. When I brought this up with him he dismissed it as related to acid in my food. I changed to another dentist who took photos of each tooth and showed me the horrendous job he did filling my teeth. It was like a child had done the fillings! ALL of them had to be redone. He did such sloppy work. And you know what? Since they were redone I have no pain.

So those were our experiences. The staff that does the teeth cleaning are friendly and helpful but I wouldn't recommend going there to get any work done by Dr. Sam.

What a wonderful dentist Dr. Naddaf is. I walked into his office at the end of the day with a terrible toothache and he didn't think twice about helping me. I had never been in his office and wasn't his patient . He only took about 3 minutes to diagnose me as having an abscessed tooth. My own dentist did not diagnose it properly so I had suffered for several days because of it. So grateful for Dr. Naddaf. He did a wonderful job on the root canal.

I have been going to this office for over 30 years. When Dr. Sam took over, the transition was seamless. The staff is exceptional, especially Gail at the front desk. She is the main reason I continue to go to this Dentist.

Dr. Sam is a wonderful pain free dentist. Dr. Sam did a few fillings for me they feel great and haven't had any problems, plus I didn't feel the needle AT ALL!!

I saw Dr. Naddaf a couple months ago - I had a toothache and was terrified that it might be a root canal. Dr. Naddaf was wonderful, his humor and thorough explanation of the treatment required, a root canal, calmed the anxious nerves. He was extremely gentle; I was quite surprised that I didn't feel a thing. He numbed it and completed the root canal in an hour. I am so thankful to have found him and highly recommend his office.
