I went for my first consult and really liked how honest and frank he was about all the pros and cons. He didn't try and sugar coat anything-he mentioned the severity of the procedure and that its a big operation and after-care is critical. I liked that he didn't just try and 'sell' to me. A really humble, approacheble and kind man.

I went to Dr Nicholson in March and was told quite brutally that I had breat deformities, needed a breast lift, would get average results that would not last, and that there was no ppint showing him any before/after photos. I was upset, but accepted his verdict and wrote off the whole idea of breast augmentation. I have just revisited the idea and have totally contradicting opinions from several other surgeons. I am NOT deformed, do not need a lift, and can expect good results. I am going ahead with another Dr. While I appreciate he may just have an abrupt, direct manner, I was left quite distressed (and it would also appear misinformed!) I suggest seeing several surgeons before going with someone.

After ‘interviewing’ a handful of surgeons. I decided that Dr Nicholson would be best suited to perform my surgery, this was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. His knowledge, skill and absolute honesty is unsurpassed. I am truly grateful for everything him and his staff did for me pre- post- and during the surgery.

Dr Nicholson is AMAZING... its all in the detail- he as well as his staff have a way of making your experience very special. Thorough consultations, the kindest clinic staff & nurses, waking from surgery to find get well flowers on the bedside to fantastic post op and wound care... highly recommended Dr Nicholson as a choice doctor for cosmetic surgery.

Dr Nicholson is by far THE best doctor and plastic surgeon! I would highly recommend him and wouldn't have wanted to walk this road with any other surgeon but him.
