Melissa Ott is very thorough, very knowledgeable, caring, knows the whole picture and takes the time to talk and listen to you, as a patient. I am very pleased to have her for my doctor.

If you want to wait for a lady thsts always running late and then rushes you through and has no time for questions or seems anoyed and rolls her eyes at your questions, this is the perfect place.

Very friendly staff and this NP is so thorough and has a kind and thoughtful way about her. She really listened to my concerns and worked with me to get my health issues taken care of. I have a complicated medical history and she took the time to listen and document all of it and make sure I had all of the testing that needed to be done. She was also able to biopsy a mole I was worried about. I am happy to have found someone I can trust and who really pays attention and knows what she is doing.
