Had my first appointment with her in August 2010. Did the intake process and had a follow up physical with her 3 months later. All was good, so I booked my following physical one year later (I seldom see a doctor). 1 year passed and I went to my appointment at the Boyd Clinic, only to find out that she had moved - no one had informed me or cancelled my appointment. I called the College of Physicians and Surgeons, only to find out that she was accepting new patients at the Skylark Clinic. I went to the Skylark, where they forced me to do the intake process all over again. Waited another 3 months before my physical. All was clear again, so I booked for another year later. When I got there, same thing - She moved and didn't let me know. Found her at a walk in on Regent so I went to see her again and told her that it was important that she let me know when she moves. Her reply was : "Don't worry so much. Cancer usually skips a generation so you'll be fine." She's a nightmare!

I found dr. Mukty in Octoba 2012 thru the listing of "Dr taking new patients". I required medical care after two total hip replacements. She left the clinic she was practising at to temp go to a walk in on Regent 10 days before my surgery. A walk in clinic is not appealing to me so I started my search for another dr. Which really saddened me cause I really liked Dr. Mukty. She told me where she would be if I needed to see her. I found another dr. Who was a disaster. Refused to complete the pre- op forms forum second hip surgery. I went back to the clinic I had originally seen Dr. Mukty and the very kind receptionist told me where she was printed out the first pre- op form she had done forme and off I went, found her and was seen within 15 minute of walking thru the door. She completed every thing I needed for my surgery process to being that day. She is an amazing doctor.

I saw the doctor for the first time. She was in a great hurry. She wanted to get rid of me to go on to other patients. Although I may have had a heart problem, she did not check my heart. I was disappointed.
