After seeing the PA, I needed a script for my special needs child in Feb 2013, & left a message for the Nurse. I called Wed, Fri,& the following Mon. Mon I also needed a doctor's note for the school per our conversation with PA. A week later I was told I only called the day before,& the script was ready & the doctor's note would cost $14.00. I told them to keep the note & I would be in for the script. The Nurse proceeded to argue with me that I had not called before Mon. I told her that I had, gave her the dates & told her I had phone records. She continued to argue with me until I hung up. When we arrived at the Clinic the script was not the right script & the doctor's note was instructions not a note. The Nurse informed us that the PA did not recall our conversation from the visit, but was willing to put us in a room. When she was free we could talk to her. We walked out. I have been a MA for 14 years & have never seen incompetence like I have experienced at the Olathe Clinic.
