Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Upsetting that instead of calming a patient down he dismisses their worries and belittles them. Instead of listening to my explanation of what was going on he walked into the room, without even seeing me, and gave me a sheet "diagnosing me". I asked him what this was about and why it states symptoms I wasn't even having and he said that's what the registration desk told him.
