Very unprofessional!! Waited for my appointment for about an hour .. no calls answered their door was locked when I got there no communication whatsoever.. very frustrating and disappointing I think even a public clinic is better than this ! Imagine exhausting your medical aid over this

You people should flippen read on c sections and how doctors give you reasons to cut you. Reason such as your baby is in distress is the number one. Don’t fall for it. Refuse being induced, refuse drips or injections because they slow the process of labour. Be aware that the hospital you give birth at plays a big role. I regret the day I set my foot in Dr Ndjapa’s office. This guy is so disrespectful and careless. He was shouting at my husband for refusing c section on the phone. He even dropped the phone on him. Please put up a fight for this madness to end and make everybody aware. If I knew better, I would have fought to have a natural birth. The scar always reminds me of what happened that day. Wish I could turn back the time.

Very experienced Dr, Delivery my 2 babies by normal birth, He will do the Caeser only if your baby is at risk of complications, distress.i don’t think anyone wants to give a normal birth and have a baby with complications. He is the best and shame he knows his job, I am pregnant with my third baby and I am going back to him

This doctor is good with c sections and would make you believe he’s not against natural birth until the last minute. All about money money money. Please don’t go to him. Thumbs up to Marry the receptionist.

If you want a natural birth, this is not a go to doctor. You need to understand that cutting you open has become a business and very few gynaecologists support it. Do your homework so you don’t go through what I went through. Very important is to know your due date as well before visiting a gynaecologist to avoid being induced which can result in a c section.

Mary the receptionist was so sweet, kind and helpful. The only thing good about my appointments with this doc.

I repeat. If you are all about natural birth… run…

Louis Pasteur suite receptionists are not approachable as the mediclinic's receptionist Mary, she is so friendly and has a welcoming smile. Doctor is very friendly, caring, listens to concerns and answers your questions, his surgery is very busy so I understand why appointments were not on time as there are emergency surgeries and patients being admitted to hospital. He's the best.

Had a horrendous experience with this doctor, struggles to properly articulate himself and gets very rude and aggressive when misunderstood, has that “I don’t care” attitude, waste of my medical aid funds!!!

He was my gynae with my first pregnancy. He always answered my calls and when he couldn't answer he would return my calls to his earliest convenience (first pregnancy so I obviously had a lot of questions and he was very patient in answering me). There was a possibility of him not being available on my estimated due date so he informed me of this and even let me know who would be replacing him, even asked if I was comfortable with that... come the date of delivery, which was earlier than expected. I called him around 11pm and he responded and was on the phone with the nurses for updates on my progress (all the nurses praised him). I ended up having a c-section and to this day people are complimenting my c-section scar. Its so small and straight that I often forget its there. I've recommended him to two of my friends with different conditions and they are both very pleased with his service
