Sent a report to the ministry recommending my mom's license be suspended because of vision issues. Got a 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinion saying he's and idiot and misdiagnosed using the wrong tests. Misdiagnoses are common and can happen to any doctor. My grandpa's eye was swollen and irritated and was shutting and over 2 months got progressively worse. Went to a doctor that gave my mom the 3rd opinion, and in 2 weeks we saw a big change in the irritation and he's going to be seeing a specialist soon because the issue is much deeper than this incompetent doctor made it to be. He's a moron. My vision changed by 0.25 and the doctor said I don't have to change my prescription but I broke my glasses a couple months later and wanted my prescription rewritten. The staff was rude, talking over me and being outright disrespectful and not even answering my questions. They wanted me to pay money to get my prescription rewritten. The doctor didn't even recommend my grandpa to a specialist. Does he care about filling his own wallet or the care of his patients? After these experiences in the past 6 months, changing our ophthalmologist. His clinic should be shut down, incompetent doctor, incompetent staff. I'm not even getting started on the over booking issue.

The doctor might have some knowledge but the staff is terrible. Always overbooked why they even have appointments when you still have to wait for 3+ hrs in the tiny clinic. Very Unprofessional.

please not waste your time. I booked my apt 2 months in advance for my mother and had to wait 3 hrs. The secretary is rude and disorganized and when i was trying to call her on number 905-453-2700 , nobody answered my call , and they overbook people. Unprofessional, poor service and long wait times. I will not be returning to this office. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would have.

I found this to be a long wait but it is a very busy clinic. The staff seems a little stressed which i feel is understandable given the volume of patients they're dealing with. I very much appreciated the fact that they rushed me in for an appointment, and that they were thorough when assessing me. I don't think it is fair to rate the doctor poorly because the clinic is busy. I found Dr. Jaidka knowledgeable, polite and to be a good listener, especially given the late hour and number of people he was tending to when I visited. I think it's obvious that he is a very experienced opthamologist who knows exactly what he's doing and what he's talking about. If you want to be seen by an expert - sometimes you just have to wait your turn.

Do not waste your time. I booked my apt 2 months in advance and had to wait 3 hrs. The secretary is rude and disorganized and they write apts by hand, they can't keep track and overbook people. Unprofessional, poor service and long wait times. I will not be returning to this office. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would have.
