Pushes sales. Very expensive and left unsatisfied and not cracked

Walk out while you have the chance. This doctor saw me for a total of 20 minutes and charged me for 90 minutes. While I was there, she was receptionist/ doctor and payment was taken in advance of treatment. To add further, she did not check to see what my issue was. Just proceeded to adjust my spine! I went to another chiropractor the following day to find that the issue was my muscle!

I went here for over a year. Dr. Ellis never explained my neuropathy problem. and it got worse over the year while getting weak her treatments. I spent plenty of money on each appointment and on specific tools. Which included $600 insoles for my feet which never worked. (2017)

I've been to chiropractors all my life and across Canada. Dr. Michelle is my favourite! She's effective (experienced), caring and compassionate. She makes time to chat, remembers details from visit to visit, and is always interested to find the 'root cause' and address it.
