Dr Demian is the best doctor I have ever had. He is thorough, kind and puts his patience number one to get the results they need. He has been my doctor for 5 years and I'm so grateful for his services. Best doctor ever!

Great doctor. You can get appointments right away which I really appreciate. He is also very friendly. He does his job quickly, but effectively.

Dr Demian was extremely neglectful when I came to visit for my daughter’s 2 month check up. To start, he made us wait over an hour and a half past our scheduled appointment time. He invalidated any concerns we had - our daughter hadn’t gained any weight in 3 weeks (3 out of the 9 weeks of her life), and he said to wait 6 months and if she hadn’t gained any more weight, then he would refer us to a specialist. This isn’t just neglectful, it is dangerous to leave an infant child who is not gaining weight until they are 8 months old. Any comments or questions we had were quickly dismissed or diminished. I have also been struggling with my post partum mental health and when I mentioned it, he asked “you aren’t feeling depressed or anything, right?” I responded saying I actually had been feeling anxious, to which he replied “ok, but not depressed or suicidal.” I was appalled and felt uncomfortable with pushing for any more support.

This is on the heels of having multiple phone appointments missed by upwards of 4 hours. (Example, an 11am scheduled phone apt about my sick toddler resulted in a 3:30pm phone call with little apology). This happened twice.

I have also been hung up on by an MOA at his practice when calling to book an apt.

I do not feel safe bringing myself or my children to see him and am looking for a new family doctor.

Dr. Demian is wonderful! Yes sometimes there is a wait but show me a doctor who doesn't have the same problem at times. I also rarely have to wait more than a few days for an appointment unlike some of my friends who claim they can't get into see their doctor for up to 2 weeks. He listens and isn't afraid to run tests to get to the root of the problem.

Kept shoving us off to other health care providers for answers, didn’t even want to keep our medical history on file. do not recommend.

Always very late with appointment calls, lack of medical knowledge, won’t deal with ICBC or WCB claims, always in a rush, impersonal, rude and really doesn’t care. Except when you choose to see another doctor without him referring. Not a good doctor!
