Was willing to be flexible with appts and financial things. Speaks to you on the phone if you can't get in there. However, I stopped seeing her because she simply wasn't helpful. Several times while I was in her office she was more concerned about filing things while I was talking to her, then she was in helping me to deal with my issues of pain management. Not very helpful, but very nice person.
