Her mood depends on the moon cycle....no excuses for arrogance-she’s paid to be professional...in my opinion based on my experience she’s delusional with respect to my issues!!!!She should see a doctor!

I was seeing Dr. Hannaford for 15 years before I entered into renal failure. She saw me through this until I was transplanted 16 years ago. I see her periodically when I go for my checks and she is very kind and caring and remembers me and my family after all these years. She is always professional and up front but interested in what is happening.
