Dr. Bates and his staff are awesome! After getting opinions from other doctors, what impressed me about Dr. Bates is that he actually explained my options, gave me his recommendation, and empowered me to decide what was best for my son. His staff is super warm and friendly and both my son and I enjoy going in for appointments.
