Terrible expierence with Dr Riley, Just kept suctioning my ear with no information of whats going on or why its happening, dealing with him 6 months and had to stop as he was not helping and ear is still infected every second week. Would not let me speak and in and out visit! Did nothing for me would not recommend.

My husband was seen by Mr. Riley this morning and he did an excellent examination of his ears and nose. He also got my husband to do a hearing test and he explained the results to us. My husband has a problem with tinnitus in his right ear and Mr. Riley is going to do an MR I to get to the bottom of the problem and take it from there. We were delighted with the visit and Mr. Riley was very pleasant throughout during our time there. He even went to the trouble of getting me a chair to sit on whilst my husband performed the hearing test. His secretary was lovely and friendly and very professional.

Avoid!!!! If I could leave this doctor NO stars I would. This doctor should be banned from practice. I had tonsils “removed” after many years of ongoing issue and he managed to leave parts of it! I ended up having to get them removed by another ent surgeon. Also very condescending & no care for patient.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Awful consult. Takes no notice of your concerns or your thoughts as to what might be the issue. Does not listen, talks over you and then shows you the door. Consult time of 6 minutes. Get a referral elsewhere. Awful experience.

Does nothing but charge €40 a pop to suction ears. Cant seem to address constant blockages

Obnoxious creature- had rhinoplasty with him in 2014 to get rid of the bump in my nose which is still here 8 years later - every time I complained over an 18 month period he advised it was normal / swelling etc whilst constantly been extremely arrogant & condescending (as he is known to me).
If I was staying in Ireland & not returning to Australia where I have lived for years I would have most definitely took legal action- BEWARE if you are considering rhinoplasty with this “doctor” more than happy to

Terrible experience with this dr. I had been warned not to see him but gave him the benefit of the doubt. While I waited he must have seen about 15 patients spending an average of 2 min with each, I was no different. I was sent for a biopsy and left chasing him for the results that he still hasn’t given me 10 months later. In the end I had to change dr and go through the same tests again but had a much better experience.

Seeing him over three years now, had many ultrasounds, biopsies and still no decision taken, wasting my time he can’t make up a decision about my case.
