Please please please read this! If I could have left zero stars I would have. Do not see this doctor go out of your way to see someone else. This office is the most ridiculous place I have ever been. Take my advice I almost walked out. I should have after I read all of the bad reviews, but I stuck it out anyway it’s horrible. Staff is horrible except for Kiersten who is new. I guess she doesn’t know any better they don’t want to help you, but if you owe them money, they definitely want to collect from you Never in my life have I ever been treated so badly by a doctor a nurse practitioner and a office staff. It blows my mind how busy this office is I hope I can find different places to post this to save people from going to this office and seeing this doctor avoid at all costs please if you don’t wanna take my advice, you need to look online at the current nurse practitioner that he has employed look her up and read her six horrible reviews. Please do yourself a favor.

I went to the Hudson office (before the "MALKA Institute). I know my case very well as it has gone on for over 40 years at that point. This haughty, nasty "doctor" Malka, quickly read my long-awaited CT scan results and was very dismissive, claiming that everything was "fine". It was far from fine and it took skilled doctors at USF to find the answers.
Don't waste a minute with this NJ sheister. He is nasty, dismissive and inexperienced about neurological (serious) issues. I left and never went back.

Just a word to the wise. Or actually more of a warning. Look out for DR. David W Malka's office in Trinity Florida. They are the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in a long time.

They agreed to treat my wife for a neck injury and took our money. Yes, they wanted their money up front. OK, no problem. We are self pay, I get it. I have no problem paying for service. Ask anyone that's dealt with me.
My wife goes in to see Dr, Malka, but gets some moron with an attitude who will not listen to the issue and kept trying to push a medication on her that she is already taking. My wife's chiropractor said that my wife needs a lidocaine injection. He told her to go to a neurologist for the injection.
This person flat out said "I don't give those".
To which my wife asked "Doe's anyone in the office?"
Response, "I don't know"
She refused to go find out. She just dismissed my wife.

I tried to get them to talk about it. They refused to call us back, so my wife left a message that we were stopping the payment.

That got their attention. They called my wife and threatened her. I called them and they threatened me.

Word to the wise.

STEER CLEAR OF DR. MALAK'S OFFICE.

While the reception staff at The Malka Institute were awesome, the PA that sees patients has no bedside manor at all. She was completely unprepared for my visit, did not listen to a word I said, and did little other then recommend more tests. The PA tried to make the diagnosis for me and I would have had better luck throwing a dart at a board. She even said I would need to see a Neurologist for my symptoms. I would rate the Dr. but I didn't even get to see him other then for a few minutes at my first visit.

Cannot stand it when a patient knows what they are talking about and uses medical terminology. Said my problems were psychological not neurological. Even though the MRI he had me undergo said I had too many spinal problems to fix.
