The Doctor is very nice, and seems to know what she's doing. However, I can't seem to get anything done here. Staff doesn't answer phones, and when you leave a message, they NEVER return the call. I've been trying for months to get something done here, and have gotten nowhere. My first appointments were really great, felt like they really cared. But I've been having problems for over eight months, and can't get anything done. I'm ready to look elsewhere for a surgeon. The ratings for staff and helpfulness would be even lower except for the initial few visits.

Amazing Dr and staff. All are very helpful to get your appointment and make sure you see the Dr as soon as possible, especially in a true emergency
