Guys the reviews that say she and her staff are good is a bloody joke and fake. The worst piece of S..T you can encounter. Believe me I don't even know why she had been recommended going to send it on all platforms regarding the total unprofessional behavior.

I went to my first appointment with Dr. Hinek with some trepidation after having read all the negative reviews. But my experience was nothing short of fantastic. She is efficient, was very pleasant and willing to answer all my questions, not in the least bit racist, and saw me on time. A great experience.

All the nice reviews you see are from her staff. She's rude, condescending, narcissistic, and a racist. She's also not nice to look and she doesn't sound smart...To be honest, it's almost as though she lacks social skills or the ability to put proper sentences together. As well, I don't think she's mentally all there; she must be on the spectrum...

ps. Her staff looks like they had their lives lol

Dr Hinek is a wonderful doctor. I don't understand the negative reviews. The receptionist is very rude - but who cares ? There is also ALWAYS long wait of about an hour but I think the receptionist is triple booking people. There were 3 of us with a 3pm appointment...? The lack of consideration for our time is very frustrating but Dr Hinek herself is a wonderful Dr and I feel lucky to have her.

This was my first visit and I was impressed that the receptionist was organized and professional, my appointment was for 11.45 and I was in an examining room at 11.45 and Dr. Hinek saw me shortly thereafter, quickly diagnosed my problem, treated it and provided info for follow up - best visit to a dermatologist in 30 years

Worst experience I've had with any doctor. She was racist and sooooo rude. Secretary was just as horrible. I waiting 2 months to be disrespected....Terrible experience!!!!

Because of her attitude ( ego, arrogance,unprofessional) she neglected to pay attention to a mole that was in fact a melanoma. I now face a lifetime of worry because when it was diagnosed by another dermatologist it was a Stage 3 malignant melanoma. If melanoma takes my life, it is largely because of this doctors negligence

Not impressed. She rushes and doesn't care or listen what you have to say. She has a lack of concern for your health. Avoid. Also reception is not helpful.
