Dr. Michael Ordon (St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto) did not pay attention to detail. Needs to improve his communication skills and maturity. Suggestion: Ask for a copy of his report being sent to your family doctor.

I have been a patient under Dr. Ordon’s care for several years, first for kidney stones and then for a kidney tumour for which I underwent a partial nephrectomy. Dr. Ordon is extremely knowledgeable, a skilled surgeon, extremely kind and very caring. Thank you so much Dr. Ordon, I am so lucky to have you as my doctor.

Doctor Ordon patched me up after another doctors negligence led to kidney damage. He is patient and doesn’t rush you when you ask questions. He drew me diagrams and walked me through the surgery. I owe him my life. He is one of the good ones!

Always love it when a young new Doctor tells you “this is the way we’ve always done it” when you’ve been having procedures done since before he was born. He needs to listen to patients that may know a “thing or two” about their personal health requirements.

He is a great and one of the best doctor and human being. Very knowledgeable and know his work. Dr. ordon is very co-oparative and he contact and call whenever you require to discuss or need his advise on any issues with him. His assistant Elizabeth is also very co-operative and reply promptly.

Dr Ordon took over my care from Dr James Honey at St Mike's and he's been awesome. Willing to address all of my questions with thoughtful answers MY QUESTIONS to make sure I understand, he's been wonderful. Patient, kind, and considerate, he's what you want your urologist to be.
