Dr. Ordon is such a wonderful man. He inherited my disaster of a case and went above and beyond to do everything possible to save my kidney. Although he wasn't successful (I truly believe it was impossible to save), his care, understanding, and continuing care for myself and my family has been wonderful. He genuinely cares about his patients, and isn't afraid to tell you how it is. Thank you so much Dr. Ordon--you are such a blessing!

Dr. Ordon is an extremely thorough, proactive and knowledgeable doctor. He runs late, but he is busy clinician, surgeon and educator and has an extremely full schedule. When you see him, he answers questions patiently and clearly has his patients' best interests at heart. I think you are in pretty good hands with Dr. Ordon.

Extremely rude and condescending. One of the worst doctors I have had the misfortune of being paired with. Alienates patients with his terrible attitude and manner of speaking. He is now in Toronto, Ontario and would do us all a favour if he returned to California.

I was called Dr. Ordon's office after two years - a former patient of Dr. Honey - I have not had the time to take care of myself after having a baby and balancing family and work etc. But as I am experiencing some symptoms that have me a little concerned I thought I better see Dr. Ordon. I was cut short in explaining and asked to call back tomorrow as the person on the phone was in clinic. A little disappointed, as it took some effort for me to connect that I was told to call back when it is more convenient.

Didn't return phone calls. In the appointment letter sent to my doctor it advised his office runs 2-4 hours late on average.

Dr Ordon took over my care from Dr James Honey at St Mike's and he's been awesome. Willing to address all of my questions with thoughtful answers and take the time to make sure I understand, he's been wonderful. Patient, kind, and considerate, he's what you want your urologist to be.

If there was a rating higher than a 5*, Dr. Ordon would get it. Dr. Ordon thank you for being a doctor and taking an interest in my very unusual case. You take time out of your busy schedule to call me and reassure me that you will do what you can to help me. You listen to my concerns, and you truly help me. I am blessed to have you as my doctor. There are doctors out there that become doctors only for the title. You are so far the opposite. I have to say that every great doctor comes with a good assistant. Elizabeth is a great assistant. She is friendly and very nice to patients. Dr. Ordon and Elizabeth, you are a great team and go beyond to help your patients. THANK YOU and keep up with the helping out your patients. You are the best. I'm bless to be in your care.
