I don't usually like doing these online ratings, but I have to say Dr. Manera is a rare find. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. We always get a thorough eye exam in a clean and comfortable environment, and his office is conveniently located in the same building with the pharmacy and eyeglass outlet. His exams are reasonably priced, and the glasses you order there on-sight at the Total Eyewear Outlet are also reasonably priced, plus they usually come back in about 8 to 10 days. My children and I have been going to the Fairview Heights IL location for over 7 years, and the pharmacy and optical staff are always courteous and helpful as well. One thing to note is they don't bill insurance so I usually pay after my exam and send an insurance claim for reimbursement which is pretty simple to do...just make sure you have him include the diagnosis code, procedure code, and tax id# on your receipt paperwork to avoid claim delay.
