I've been going to Zukoff for years and gradually painfully it's become apparent to me that if you have something seriously wrong with you. Dr Z is not the DR to manage your care. He sent me home with a heart condition that could have easily killed me, every nurse and Dr I spoke with said I should have been in the hospital- even his partner agreed I shoud have been hospitalised. Some how I was blessed and lived. Do not take chances with your life with DrZ - he's fine for colds and aches and pains but nothing more. He's not a bad guy and and comes across as knowledgable - he's knowledgable in new drugs becasue he pushes the new ones the pharmaceutical reps push by bringing lunch every day for his office. He doesn't research - I believe he's guy that got into medicine becasue it sounded good, not becaues he has a passion to heal

I tried calling to schedule an appointment and the staff was very rude to me on the phone. Even though I am asking to come in to see this physician, it is not a privilege you are granting to me, but a service that I am coming to you for. With bad service, people won't come. It's not hard to be polite, but obviously it was too much to ask of the person I spoke to. I will never try calling them again. (I only chose Punctuality, Helpfulness & Knowledge b/c you cannot submit rating without it.)

Dr. Zukoff has been thorough and attentive. He always seems concerned and willing to listen to the whole person - I never felt like a number. As mentioned before, he will recommend a specialist if needed. He asks for reports from specialists so he can manage your health care.

Dr Zukoff has taken care of my parents for years and is caring, attentive and knowledgable. He has a calm kind demeanor. I recommend him highly.

I went to Dr. Zukoff for several years but never felt as though he had a clue about who I was. I felt like I was just another number and finally switched to someone who listens and has a feel for me and who I am.

Helpful staff, fills prescriptions promptly, on time. Dr. has good general knowledge. Accepts that he doesn't know everything and will send you to a specialist when necessary. Seems up to speed on new medicines and techniques.
