Very poor experience. Not very proactive. Very impatient. Was very anxious to get us out of her office. Seemed annoyed when asked medical questions or clarifications.

She is a really great doctor, she's been my family doctor for years, and really trust her expertise.
She is very straight to the point and she does not "overreact" to anything, very level-headed and easy to talk to. Every time I received a diagnosis and a treatment from her it was always spot on and very helpful.

I am not able to rate Dr. Thayaparen knowledge as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of her. The office will not book an appointment. They tell you the doctor will call you during a day. Yes, she does call but for a full time working person it is not always possible to answer the call at any given moment. There is one way communication. When are we going back to normal? Maybe it is enough of these phone calls. How productive is it? It is just frustrating.

She's great. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Addresses all concerns and follows up in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this doctor.

dr.Thayaparen...truthfulness is not her strong suite(to avoid redundant&
insulting conversations necessity has me recording our encounters,even a broken clock is right twice a day.)She is abrasive,arrogant,condescendingly rude with absolutely ZERO bedside manner&I find her thought process&
presumptuousness disturbing as well as her blantant disregard for professionalism(updated my contact info years ago 4X recently&all her referrals are still calling my relatives,HER included,compounding my grief).This is a time when I really need...multiple health issues&in time of covid I am desperate to be healthy&find out what is wrong without sounding like I am begging her or bothering her with my OHIP in hat.I have avoided her for years,until I just couldn't,I was better off in the ICU&I truly WISH I had never ever met this person, theres no way I am the only one.Her staff are helpful,intelligent,knowledgeable&kind.

Love Dr T. Caring and considerate! Always friendly! Always asks how I am! Listens to concerns and addresses them!
Overworked receptionist but they are also quite nice if you talk to them! Ask how they are etc!
