He installed the UroLift procedure on me in his clinic without adequate anesthesia. It was excruciating, but I would have tolerated it if it had worked. It did not and now, months later, I still get up 2 to 6 times a night to urinate. Be warned!

Dr. Wong was very professional and thorough when removing my kidney stones a few years ago. I'm going back today to go see him on a related matter and hope to receive the same excellent service from him and his staff who setup this same day appointment for me!!

I went in to drop off my second post-vasectomy semen sample, and I waited 45 minutes to be called on -- even though I was only dropping it off. Finally I got fed up and said, "Couldn't I just give this to someone?" They directed me to go put it through the sample window, so I did ... and then I never heard back from them. I called two weeks later, and they had no record of my sample at all. That's right: they LOST my genetic material. While I have no complaints about the surgery itself, it's clear their systems are completely unreliable. I can't un-recommend this office enough!

been seeing Dr. Wong for several years to treat my ED. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to try different options. Busy practice so don't expect lightning fast service.

Very lacks with his approach to treating patience Not very responsive to questions or returning calls on critical diagnosis. Also as one commenter mentioned he seems to only be interested in making money off of you.

My experience with Dr. Wong was so bad that I find it difficult to describe. He has no caring or sensitivity for his patients. He is in the medical business for the money only. People who suffer from impotence should be treated with some measure of understanding. I do not recommend Alexandria Urology Assiocates

Very risky and unsafe. They misdiagnosed me with cancer, cut my intestines by mistake several times, cause me to be tube fed for a year. I would have been better off going to a primitive witch doctor who would not have damaged me.
