Staff-I finally received a surgery date 1 mo. after order was put in, took a call to patient services to get it done! Punctual-although punctual for appts, was 30 min late for surgery, plus forgot I was in recovery/surgical nurse stated "I bet he forgot you, let me try and find him/sure enough he was about to go into another surgery". Needless to say post-op took him less than a min. Helpfulness-never explained procedure, seemed annoyed at questions asked and then only answered vaguely. Never received a direct answer, no matter how I posed it, to any question...very evasive. Knowledge-can't really address this as my questions were always answered in a vague manner. Additional information-I had several appointments with Dr. Takei over 3 months. I was under stress which he knew because of the uncertainty of my prognosis. It would be 2 wks for results. It could not could be expedited. He received the my results on a Wed. He WAITED until my appt on Mon to tell me...I had cancer!
