I had a bodged operation done by Dr Muse in Cayman 2015. She had to do two corrective surgeries and caused me a lot of pain and months of trouble. Honestly, she should not be allowed to use a scalpel. Let alone operate in areas where she has zero competence.I am amazed she has not been struck off! Wish I had read all the comments before I went to see her.

I lost my baby during my pregnancy after a fall. She said she didn’t think it was necessary to go to the hospital to run any checks. Within 24 hours I was in labour and my baby had no heartbeat. She should have advised me to be monitored. I was horrified but it was too late. My baby was stillborn at 40 weeks gestation.

Disaster. I had a horrific experience with Dr. Muise that ended up with me having surgery to repair the damage that she inflicted on me. Following my appointments with Dr. Muise, I sustained a serious infection. She was not reachable by phone or email, and essentially left me high and dry, which is how I ended up with a new doctor and subsequent emergency surgery. Never again.

Good Doctor. I have been going to her for my pregnancy check ups. She could use a new ultrasound machine though.

I saw Dr. Muise in 2009 at SOFT in London for recurrent m/c testing. 3 years and 3 more miscarriages and a near-death experience due to a heterotopic pregnancy, my new OB referred me for a second opinion. It was then that I realized how bad SOFT and Dr. Muise were. Firstly - I was told I had Factor V Leiden - but I don't. I have the prothrombin gene. Secondly, after an SHG and a hysteroscopy, Dr. M said I had polyps. In fact, I had "the largest septum ever seen" by my new surgeon. He can't believe Dr. Muise missed it. Thirdly, they misdiagnosed my heteroptic pregnancy and I almost died. I now see doctors at KARMA in Kitchener and am thrilled with the care I receive. I now only have 1 fallopian tube due to Dr Muise/SOFTs error, however, I hope to be pregnant again soon and carry a full term pregnancy.

I had a TVH 2 yrs ago, after complications caused during the surgery I had to have a second surgery 2 days later as I was bleeding out internally. I spent 4 days in intensive care. My family was not even sure I was going to make it through. As of today, I still have a great deal of pain and struggle daily. I spent almost a week in the hospital for a routine procedure. No, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Muise to anyone.

This Dr. gets 5/5 in every aspect of her approach and treatment. However Ive talked to her about her crowded and extremely long wait time and sh responded that she is working on this aspect and by my next visit she believes my wait will be reasonable-I'll let her and you know!!Phoning in to ask for the wait time did not work for me as I was told it was early and she was on time but waited over 1.5 hrs once I got there, maybe overbooking is an issue.

I really like Dr. Muise. Her approach is kind, never hurried. She explains things well and appears happy to answer my questions. I did not like my last wait time which was 1 hour 15min. I will continue to come back despite the wait time, due to the excellent care I feel I am receiving.
