Dr. Psooy, if you are unable or not willing to treat each and every one of your patients (especially children) equally then you need to find a new profession. You need to learn how to: a) treat your patients with kindness and respect. b) lose the attitude (Yes, YOU are the Doctor...we know, and that is why we were referred to you). c) not only hear but LISTEN to your patients. And if that patient is a child then you need to listen to the parents! We travelled from afar to seek your professional help and you told us, "I don't want to see any of you ever again.". Was it because we explained too clearly the symptoms our daughter was having, or was it because of your own personal issues. What about alternatives and/or options for her? Another opinion from your professional network? You need to find another profession. Dr. Psooy, you are a WITCH and need to make some major changes in your life. Now, because of your negligence our daughter will likely have health issues into her adulthood.

Dr. Psooy was a great dr for my son. She was very patient (dealing with a 2yr old!) and understanding. She explained his condition very well, and made sure we understood everything. Backed up her conversation with hand outs that we could refer to if we needed.
