Example: If your appt. is at 10:00am you wait for at least another 1hr and 30 mins sometimes more

This dr's office is like a zoo! All the patients are sitting in this tiny waiting area for hours and hours only to see a different dr every single time who's not familiar with your health records at all. It's like a meat market in this place. Here I am thinking that I'm going to have this personal relationship with my doctor (finally) and I haven't seen Dr. Thalody 1 time! I dont recommend anyone to go here, not if you want to be treated like a patient. The staff are also very unprofessional. Ghetto is what i call this dr's office and i am too concerned about my health to be treated like an animal.

I go to this doctors office for convenience. The doctors are very nice and respectful, but sometimes I feel (not so much rushed), but I feel like my concerns with my health are not being dealt with on a personable basis. More like I am part of the "herd" that they are moving right along. If you go there, take a book because they tend to overbook appointments and you WILL be there for hours! I have never gone there and come out sooner than almost 2 hrs. "Some" of the staff are clearly there for the paycheck while others seem to care...it's a toss up chance you may get someone that actually cares about what's going on with you. Just depends on the day. My personal experience was one where I had to constantly call them to follow-up on a call they were to make to my insurance company to have a medication approved to help lose weight and they never did..AND..somehow did not remember having to do it. Overall..I give them a 3.5 out of 5.

Dr. Lucy Thalody is a good doctor because she treats her patients with respect and gives you all the time you need to talk/discuss your concerns. For the most part she is very knowledgeable. My only concern is that the staff overbooks appointsments. If I have an appointment at 9am I don't see the doctor until 11:30. The doctors office at times also has a hard time gtting back blood test results.
