Dr Bansal is all about the billing. He required 3 office visits to set up as a new patient before he would continue scripts for basic meds I had been on over 20 years. I had a problem with my back, one visit to tell him about it, another after I got copies of my old scans he wanted just to tell him again what was going on so he would request the MRI. He is a terrible listener, interrupts you to dispute what you are telling him so you have to say it all over again to try to make him understand. And, he will not work with you. He makes a call and you have no say. If you question or suggest something else he is insulted and says you have to trust him or he won't treat you. I finally said you're right, you won't.

Dr. Bansal takes care of both me and my husband. We both are very impressed with his knowledge and personality. Although we have just been seeing him for only 6 months but we are very happy to have him as our family doctor.
