If you a referral RUN. The office changes appointment appointments without notice, I’ve shown up for a confirmed appointment and Dr. Chow wasn’t even there. The staff are quite rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend this office/doctor to my worst enemy. Please save your time (and gas money) and ask for an alternative dr.

I saw her in early 2014 for my chronic skin problem. She was the first one to diagnose it and helped me with the medication that actually worked for me. I have seen numerous doctors globally and even went through surgery once too for same problem but it always came back. The medicine she prescribed is not longer available and my problem has retuned after 2 years without medication. Going to see her again. I must say the wait time was long almost one year from referral date to my apt. But worth a wait when I know it will be rightly treated.

It’s taken me 4 weeks to get a refill processed. So any progress I have made has me reverted back to square one.

Poor manner, and really not interested if you have more than three questions. Office lost my records and failed to inform my Dr. of her findings. Asked my Dr. to refer me to another next time, which did happen. Difference was like night and day. Just confirmed my feelings that Dr. Chow's services are sub par.

She was friendly, kind, and explained all of the treatment options that were available. I decided to go with the liquid nitrogen for wart removal, and she treated me efficiently and with care. I felt at ease and happy with my experience at her office. The receptionist was nice too!

Was sent to see her by my GP for a spot on my skin. She has no idea what she's doing. Had to get a referral to a REAL dermatologist who told me what I had and treated me right away. If your GP tries to send you to her, as for a real dermatologist, don't waste your time, your tax dollars and OHIP. If I could give her zero stars I would. She needs to retire or have her license taken away.

Had an appointment for 12:10. Unfortunate;y so did 2 other people in the waiting room. I finally saw her at 1:35. she did not listen to me or read the patient info I was required to fill out when I got there and therefore missed the fact that there had been a recent change in my condition until I said it for the 3rd time.

I have called my family doctor and asked that he never refer me to Dr Chow again. There is a reason her reviews are almost uniformly negative/

After a three hour wait, on the floor of her packed waiting room, she completely misdiagnosed my disorder, costing me money and delaying my recovery. Overheard receptionist book three different appointments for two ten p.m. the following Tuesday and three different appointments for ten minutes later. Awful bed side manner. I felt that she was just in this profession for the money: not once did she make me feel that she cared about me or my medical problem.
