His secretary is about as pretentious as you can get. Zero people skills whatsoever.
If what you're looking for is a surgeon to remove your parts, look no further than Dr.Patterson. He made clear to me, he's a surgeon and that's what he does.
Won't give you any alternatives other than surgery or radiation. There are many more options in this day and age. I know I'm not sticking with this Dr.

My dad had a successful kidney operation and prostate procedure with Dr Paterson a few months ago. Dr Paterson is not only a wonderful surgeon but he is so caring, attentive and friendly. He is very approachable and explains things thoroughly. We are very grateful to Dr Paterson and his staff.

I have seen Dr Paterson many times since 2009. He is friendly, very knowledgable and easy to talk to. I have never felt rushed and always takes the time to explain, answer or show me things. He is also not scared to admit when something is beyond what he can do and has always sent me in the right direction. I am very complicated medical wise and many things have turned up from scans he has done and even though they are not his specialty he has always brought me in to explain it and let me know where he was forwarding. Best urologist in PG by far

We just returned from emergency kidney stone removal. This doctor gets it...he speaks human. I was beyond surprised. I've worked other doctors and our family has seen many doctors. He is on top. His staff is knowledgable but protective of him nearly to a fault however, be patient and what you need will be delivered. Thank you, Dr. Paterson and staff, for being one of many helpful doctors in our quest to a better life.
