Dr. Jones was there for us 100%. He disagreed with the specialist about early discharge and fought for us. In the end the specialist issued early discharge but Dr. Jones gave us critical info for care at home (which the specialist didnt give us time of day) and what to do if we needed to come back to emerg. We returned to emerg shortly after discharge. While under his care Dr. Jones and his staff had clockwork rounds, he actually addressed all questions, showed empathy to the entire family and issued meds before they wore off preventing excessive pain. Admission followed for a week in the hospital. I'm really greatful we had him. I have yet to experience an ER doctor like him.
