This doctor is very rude and rushed me through the appointment. He had no bedside manner or personality and I felt very unwelcome and disrespected. He is just mean and abusive totally gave me the impression, that he does not care about the patients. The staff was supposed to call me back and did not on two occasions. Do not go there , it is a waste of your time and he thinks he is God!

My only complaint is with the office manager. The only time she smiles is to say hello. She is very rude and obnoxious. Don't ask her any questions cause she does not want to be bothered. She speaks to you and her co workers like you are beneath her. Maybe her title has gotten to her head. On a positive note the doctor and his assistant couldn't be any nicer. I am a nervous patient and was in pain and they made me feel at ease. My X-rays were taken fast and painless. The doctor talks you through the entire procedure so you know what is going on and what to expect. When he was done I still had questions but his assistant was able to answer them. She even gave me her personal card and said if I have any questions I can call and speak to her personally. I was very impressed. Overall I would recommend this office. Don't let the face that greets you scare you away!!

This guy has to be the worst dentist on the face of the earth. His only concern is directing people to speak to his office manager regarding payment options which is his only concern. His dentistry is by far the worst and I went for a second opinion and it seems that he likes to ruin perfectly good teeth to make money. Be very careful and if you consider using him, make sure you get a second opinion. The pictures in his office of himself are quite funny, maybe he should worry more about his dentistry!!!

Doctor Novick's staff showed me how rude some of these reviews are (probably made by people that never like anything) and asked me to honestly review the office since I have sent so many patients there. They never keep me waiting. Sally gives the best cleanings I have ever had (and I've been to a few places) and dr Novic takes his time with me because I am afraid of the dentist. He has never hurt me. Its a shame people have nothing better to do then complain instead of trying to be helpful but Dr Novick is always helpful (and painless!)

Stay away, he charges your insurance for work he has not done without your knowledge.
