Will not recommend at all. Asked us to be there at 15:00 to fill out forms for my appointment that was at 15:15. They only helped us after 16:00 . Not once did anyone apologize. It was just us and another couple in the waiting room. And the worst the other couple wasn't even there to see Dr. trouw, the staff even started to go home. When we were finally helped he just started to introduce himself en barely spoke to us. Starred at his screen most of the time. Me and my husband just sat there staring at him. If we spoke 30 words it was a lot. And when he asked questions and you answered he just said ok ok ok as if he needs you not to explain . You must give a quick short answer. He might be qood at his job according to others but professional none of them are.

Ons is deur 2 mislukde IVF's by dr Trouw! Hy is die mees ongeskikste, dokter. Ons journey by hom was die slegste tyd van ons lewe, hy het geen nodige toetse gedoen nie, ons het geskuif na n ander dokter, waar hulle goed opgetel het wat Trouw nooit eers van geweet het nie, geld in die water! Pateties! En die susters nog meer ongeskik en altyd so haastig! Ek beveel GLAD NIE hierdie mense aan nie. Soaar jouself die hartseer.

I visited DR T in Jan 2021, and only started my IVF in Jan 2022, as I needed to wait to have my medical aid upgraded. My first round IVF (Fresh Transfer) was successful but resulted in ectopic. I then wait 6 month and Tried FET, which unfortunately did not stick. I then tried another fresh cycle IVF and it stuck. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant. Dr T is an amazing Dr, and yes he does not speak much but knows exactly what he needs to and does exactly that. He is back by an amazing Team, Credit also goes out to Sister Skillie who is every willing to help even if it is after hours. This would not have been possible without Dt T's amazing assistance. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Ek het n aaklige ondervinding gehad by hulle. Eerste plek moes ek uitvind dat ek endometriose het by my tweede opinie in Bloemfontein nadat Trouw 2 keer my op hormoon behandelings gesit het en nooit die moeite gedoen het om n laparoskopi te doen en te sien daar is fout nie. My bloedtoetse het wel gewys ek het n lae eier reserwe wat tog genoeg gewig dra dat ek nie n geskikte kandidaat is vir invitro behandeling nie. Ek was 2021 by hulle en na my slegte ondervinding het ek n tweede opinie gaan kry en nooit weer van hulle gehoor nie net om presies n jaar later n rekening van hom af te kry van R27000. Ek sal hom nooit vir enige iemand aanbeveel nie dit gaan net oor geld vir hulle.

I was going to give 5 star for all. Dr Trouw and the team have been excellent, very helpful and friendly, however I haven’t had response since my failed ET. I would have appreciated communication or scheduling a date for follow up appointment. I keep contacting them but I’m not getting anything other than “we’ll give you a call”. So frustrating

Dr Trouw he is a great Doctor doing wonderful work 👌🏻but his receptionist it’s very very horrible referring to Tanya👎But all stuff are friendly ❤️
