Best optician I have been to in a long time. Thorough, professional and very pleasant.
Great staff, I was made comfortable from entry and throughout all the exams. He explained every test and it’s purpose as well as results. I would recommend him highly.

Best optician I have used. Incredible level of service from the whole team - Martin, Karen and Adam. Always a pleasure to go there. Martin takes the time to explain what he does and why. They care very much about your eye health. Adam does initial testing and check-in and billing. Karen helps you choose glasses and she's very good at it! Agree with other ratings - very clean! Excellent optometrist!! Highly recommend.

We love Dr. Traynor! He is excellent at his job, at explaining everything and answering any question you may have. The care and attention from himself and his 'team' (thank you Karen and Adam) makes the whole interaction a pleasure and it is the cleanest place you can go with incredible attention to this to make sure their patients are safe. Highly recommend you see Dr. Traynor if you are looking for an optician.

Had the goof fortune to get an appointment to see Dr Traynor for an emergency visit after they re-opened post Covid. Was very impressed with how they handled my concerns and worked hard to ensure everyone was kept safe from potential disease transmission. I will be back with the rest of the family

Wonderful doctor who the entire family uses. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time explaining things to his clients. We drive out from Toronto just to see him in Oakville and always look forward to a visit with Dr. Traynor and his wife at the front desk. Bonus is his dry sense of humor, which is always on point.
