Abrupt and dismissive. Had a stye removed. I am completely freaked out about anything near my eye. I have had this surgery twice before with Dr. Seto in Orangeville, and have a benchmark to compare. The nurse and Dr. Rodriguez acted like I wasn't even in the room, talking about their weekends and activities. I will never go back. Horrible horrible experience , and no thought or consideration for the patient who was the third human in the room.

Dr. Rodriguez operated on both my eyes for cataracts. I am totally satisfied and would ( and have) recommend her to everyone. She’s great! I found her to be warm and personable and would be proud to call her “friend”.

Dr Rodriguez operated on one of my cataracts 2 years ago.That eye was good for a year ,now it is blurry.I asked her what I should do and she looked at me like I was a nuisance and said you should get glasses.I find Dr Rodriguez cold and indifferent but her staff is first class.

I was referred to her by my dermatologist. She did not seem interested in listening to my concerns and was not helpful in the follow up appointment when my condition had worsened. I felt as though I was more of an inconvenience to her rather than a real patient. It was a very disappointing experience.

Since Oct. 2017 Dr.Rodriguez has been giving me injections for macular degeneration. I can't overstate how improved she has made this procedure. The two previous years, having these shots in N.S. were a painful nightmare. With Dr. Rodriguez giving the injections I experience a negligible amount of discomfort and no real pain. She is efficient, professional and always caring. Her office is modern with up to date equipment. Her staff are well trained and considerate. The receptionist has always been friendly and obliging booking appointments . I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Rodriguez and have the utmost confidence in her care. You won't find a better ophthalmologist.

Dr. Rodriguez is a great! She makes you feel very comfortable, she's very accommodating, She really cares about her patients and her staff is great! I would recommend highly Dr. Rodriguez!

Having Cataract surgery was made very easy by the organized method of all concerned. When a issue popped up a few weeks later was fitted into the office schedule within two hours. Dr Rodriguez is a very knowledgeable and skilled surgeon and very easy to talk with. I have over 30 years experience as a RN with extensive experience in all aspects of the Operating Room so I am also looking at the whole picture i.e. Day Surgery at Guelph General Hospital.

I think Dr. Rodriquez and her staff are wonderful. They are very caring and knowledgeable at all times. I have had to see her on short notice and have always been accommodated. She is lovely and remembers things about you that you tell her and comments on them upon your return...sometimes 6 months later! I don't want to have to see her often, but if I must I will feel confident in her diagnosis and procedures. Thank you!!
